(QRVO) have revealed plans for a $22 billion merger, aiming to form one of the largest semiconductor companies in the United States by merging their expertise in radio frequency (RF) and analog technology. This cash-and-stock deal values the new entity at around $22 billion, with completion anticipated in early 2027, subject to regulatory and shareholder consent, according to the . According to the agreement, Qorvo shareholders will get $32.50 in cash plus 0.960 Skyworks shares for each Qorvo share they own.
