PANews, January 5 — According to official sources, Starknet has resumed operations and is now fully functional. Transactions submitted between 9:24 and 9:42 UTC may not have been processed correctly. A retrospective report will be released later, including a complete event timeline, root cause analysis, and long-term preventive measures.
