The US Department of Justice Accused of Selling Bitcoins Obtained Through Samourai Wallet Developer's Plea Deal

The order mandates that bitcoins obtained through criminal forfeiture by the government should be allocated to the "National Strategic Bitcoin Reserve" and not be sold. Currently, the bitcoin address has a balance of zero, indicating that the related assets may have been liquidated.
