CoinFund announces the spin-off of its liquidity strategies business, will focus on venture capital in the future

PANews reported on January 7 that, according to a CoinFund announcement, it has spun off its liquidity strategy business into an independent company, led by Seth Ginns and Chris Perkins. Both will step down from their operational roles at CoinFund after the transition is complete. Going forward, CoinFund will focus on seed and growth-stage Web3 project investments, with Jake Brukhman, Alex Felix, and David Pakman continuing to lead the firm. The official statement said this move will help both investment strategies focus on their respective development, better serving LPs and Web3 entrepreneurs.
