BlockBeats News, January 8, the American law firm Burwick Law released an update on the lawsuit, stating that the plaintiffs have today filed a revised complaint in federal court, accusing PumpFun operator Baton Corp, as well as Solana Foundation, Solana Labs, and certain executives, of violating the Racketeer Influenced and Corrupt Organizations Act (RICO).
