Foresight News reported that Garrett Jin, the whale who previously made headlines by selling over $4.23 billions worth of BTC to rotate into ETH, tweeted: "The Nasdaq 100 index is underperforming, while the Russell 2000 index continues to hit new highs. Funds are clearly rotating into small and mid-cap stocks, indicating an expanding risk appetite. As high-beta risk assets, BTC and ETH will be the preferred targets to absorb incoming capital flows in the near future."
