ChainCatcher news, according to the official announcement, Bakkt Holdings (NYSE: BKKT) has reached an agreement to acquire global stablecoin payment infrastructure company Distributed Technologies Research Ltd. (DTR) for approximately 9,128,682 shares of Class A common stock, advancing its integration of stablecoin settlement and digital banking businesses.
