Base interest rate for Bitget stock perps adjusted to 0%

Dear Bitget users,
Bitget continuously evaluates its products and services to ensure a high-quality experience for all users. Starting from
March 2, 2026, 12:00 PM (UTC+8),
the base interest rate component of stock perps funding rates will be set to 0%.
The funding rate is determined by two key factors: the base interest rate and the premium.
Funding rate formula:
Funding rate (F) = [average premium index (P) + clamp (base interest rate – premium index (P), -0.05%, 0.05%)] ÷ (8 ÷ N)
With the base interest rate set to 0%, the funding rate will be determined solely by the premium component. Therefore,
the funding rate will not always be 0%.
