EverNitro is making it easier to create smooth nitro coffee at CES 2026
EverNitro: A New Era for Nitro Coffee at Home
XBREW Lab has introduced EverNitro, a compact countertop nitro beverage maker, at CES this week. This innovative device aims to make nitro coffee more accessible by eliminating the need for costly and wasteful gas cartridges commonly used in traditional machines.
What Is Nitro Coffee?
Nitro coffee is essentially cold brew coffee that has been infused with nitrogen gas. This infusion creates a creamy texture and a naturally sweeter flavor, reminiscent of the smoothness found in a pint of Guinness. Many fans also appreciate that nitro coffee tends to be less bitter than regular cold brew.
How EverNitro Stands Out
Positioning itself as a cost-effective and comprehensive alternative to competitors like NitroBrew, EverNitro offers commercial-grade quality in a device no larger than a standard coffee maker. “Instead of selling you gas, we provide technology that lets you extract it from the air for free,” explained founder and CEO Terry Tan.
According to XBREW Lab, EverNitro achieves 95% nitrogen purity by generating nitrogen directly from the ambient air. This approach not only reduces ongoing costs but also offers a more sustainable solution for home users by removing the need for disposable cartridges.

Hands-On Experience
After trying out EverNitro, we found it user-friendly and compact enough to fit on most counters or shelves, making it a practical addition to any kitchen or home bar. The canister is versatile, accommodating coffee, cocktails, or other beverages. Users can adjust the pressure from 0 to 8 BAR, allowing for customized drink experiences.
The entire process, from filling the canister to pouring your drink, takes just a few minutes. There’s also a companion app that provides real-time updates and information.
Pricing and Availability
EverNitro launched in October, quickly raising over $570,000—a clear sign of strong demand despite its higher price. The Lite version, which includes the machine and one canister, is priced at $470 (or $290 for early backers). The Pro package, featuring the machine, two canisters, a coffee bean storage jar, and whipped cream kits, costs $583 (or $337 for backers). For comparison, a similar NitroBrew countertop system retails for around $1,000.
Looking to the Future
Tan shared with TechCrunch that the company is investigating how different gases can enhance the texture and mouthfeel of a variety of drinks—not just coffee. He envisions a future where a machine could not only serve beverages but also intelligently mix cocktails or brew coffee, selecting the optimal gas profile to elevate each drink’s body and flavor.
