Germany’s Trade Figures for November 2025
According to preliminary data from the Federal Statistical Office (Destatis), Germany’s exports in November 2025 dropped by 2.5% compared to the previous month, after accounting for calendar and seasonal adjustments. Meanwhile, imports saw a modest increase of 0.8% over the same period.
When compared to November 2024, exports were down by 0.8%, while imports rose significantly by 5.4%.
In November 2025, the total value of goods exported from Germany reached €128.1 billion, and imports amounted to €115.1 billion, both figures adjusted for seasonal and calendar effects. This resulted in a trade surplus of €13.1 billion for the month.
