Recent Trends in U.S. Import and Export Prices
According to the latest data from the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, import prices in the United States rose by 0.4% between September and November 2025. During the same two-month span, export prices saw a slightly higher increase of 0.5%. It is important to note that no survey data was collected for October 2025 due to a temporary suspension of funding.
Looking at the year-over-year change, import prices edged up by 0.1% from November 2024 to November 2025. Meanwhile, the cost of imported fuel dropped by 2.5% over the two months ending in November 2025.
