To further align strategic interests, AMD has issued Meta a performance-based warrant to purchase up to 160 million shares of AMD common stock. The structure of this warrant is such that it vests gradually upon the achievement of specific milestones related to Instinct GPU shipments. The initial shares will vest upon the first 1 gigawatt shipment, with subsequent shares vesting as Meta's procurement scale expands to 6 gigawatts.
