American Tungsten Antimony Limited (AT4.AU) is expected to inject its Sage Hen tungsten project in Nevada and the antimony project in central Idaho into a new entity, Freedom Metals, which is being established by Iris Acquisition Corp II (IRAB).
This asset injection marks the initial formation of the new company's resource portfolio. Two key projects will form the cornerstone of Freedom Metals' future development. The Sage Hen tungsten project in Nevada boasts abundant tungsten reserves, while the antimony project in central Idaho has considerable potential for antimony development. This move aims to integrate high-quality resources and strengthen the new company's strategic position in the critical minerals sector.

EU officials: Ready to use strategic oil reserves
Golden Ten Data reported on March 10 that on March 9 local time, the Eurogroup meeting was held in Brussels, Belgium. At the subsequent press conference, Eurogroup President Pierakakis stated that they are closely monitoring the market's reaction to developments in the Middle East, saying, "We are seeing upward pressure on energy prices."
