Fluid DAO proposes to establish a foundation with an annual allocation of $3 million to support operations
According to ChainCatcher, Fluid is currently discussing a governance proposal submitted by Instadapp COO DMH on February 23. The proposal suggests transferring all protocol intellectual property (including smart contract code, front-end interface, domain names, and trademarks) to a non-profit foundation in the Cayman Islands, and requests a monthly grant of $250,000 from the DAO (approximately $3 million per year) to support engineering, security, and business operations.
